Aroeira · Portugal
Furnished 5-bedroom designer house with pool, dry sauna and a Tuscan garden.
A quiet, green retreat in Aroeira. Long evenings happen outside: a swim in the pool, drinks in the covered lounge, dinner from the barbecue. After the beach, unwind in the private sauna.
The garden
Olive and fig trees, rosemary, lavender and sage, with tall hedges for privacy. Pick herbs for dinner, eat figs in late summer.
Outdoor living
Soft on skin and eyes, set among the pines. A covered lounge for long evenings, and a separate patio with barbecue and dining table.
Wellness
A Harvia sauna with a wide window onto the garden. Sauna, then a swim — all year round.
Inside
Built in 2025 and fully furnished with high-quality designer pieces in natural wood, linen and rattan. The glassed winter garden, full of plants and light, is a second living room all year.
Room for everyone
Bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and wide windows over the trees. Four bathrooms, each with toilet and shower. Daikin air conditioning in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer.
The area
Aroeira lies inside the Arriba Fóssil protected landscape. Walk through the pines to the cliffs and the long beach at Fonte da Telha, with waves for surfing all year. The Aroeira golf courses are close by, and central Lisbon is 30 minutes by car.
